The Schmidt Blast and Recovery System II is a portable system used for bridge and road maintenance, barge and ship cleaning, lead and asbestos abatement, and other steel and concrete cleaning applications

Schmidt BRS II Features Include:

  • Available in 13.5 and 20 cu. ft. systems with pneumatic or electric remote controls
  • A four-cartridge dust collector with electronically controlled sequential pulse allows increased dust loading and improves filter life.
  • A secondary cyclone enhances system performance by reducing the amount of dust entering the dust collector, which also allows for the use of lightweight media.
  • Flexible system can blast and recover simultaneously or independently
  • Schmidt® metering system with Thompson Valve® II and ComboValve® blowdown
  • Custom systems available Air wash reclaim improves abrasive cleaning
  • Reclaimer has large, quick-opening access door
  • Quick opening hatches make cartridges and filters easy to remove and replace
  • Moisture separator and media vibrator ensure "even" flow of abrasive.
