An electric or pneumatic motor drives a rotary disc which grinds paint or rust from concrete floors with tough, gritty precision. Particles are picked up by the floating head design dust collection attachment (DCOA). The dust shroud conforms to the surface and allows for an efficient transfer of dust and paint chips to the vacuum. Remember to don proper sandblasting safety equipment before using sandblasting power tools.
